Denton County Texercise Two-StepBackground
As a project of the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, Texercise is a public service. There are no fees to join Texercise (although some of our partners may charge for certain programs), and rewards for those who participate on a regular basis. So why wait? Put on your sneakers, grab an apple, and take some steps to a healthier you. But don’t take our word. Take the word of Albert Gooding, a SilverSneakers participant. Five months after starting an exercise program, he boasts, “I have lost a few pounds and gained muscle where none existed before. I am able to do things I have not done for years, such as kneeling and getting up. I feel better emotionally, as well as physically.” Texercise eventsNo Denton Texercise events currently scheduled.
