Our goal is to educate older adults to make an investment in their health by increasing their level of physical activity and focusing on proper nutrition. We know fitness and nutrition are key components to Aging Well. Capital Texercise plans events, provides educational offerings, and works with local organizations to generate community awareness and promote participation in healthy lifestyles options.
