Capital Texercise is a partnership of state and local organizations committed to serving as a resource to older Texans and their families about the importance of physical activity and proper nutrition.

Our goal is to educate older adults to make an investment in their health by increasing their level of physical activity and focusing on proper nutrition. We know fitness and nutrition are key components to Aging Well.

Capital Texercise plans events, provides educational offerings, and works with local organizations to generate community awareness and promote participation in healthy lifestyles options.
