Texercise is a program of the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS)
Kingwood/Humble Texercise is comprised of state and local organizations committed to developing an exciting new way to get moving, eat right and stay fit. We serve as a resource to Texans of all ages by offering educational events to help motivate the community with the long-term goal of adopting a healthier lifestyle. Whether you want to get started at home or in the company of others, we have activities that are right for you.
Kingwood/Humble Texercise is a public service — there are no fees to join; however, some of our partners may charge for certain programs. Don’t wait, come participate and earn rewards to a better you, better health and better lifestyle. We challenge Texans to become physically fit by offering education, exercise and motivational activities.
No Kingwood/Humble Texercise events currently scheduled.
