Texercise is a program of the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS)
What’s Denton County Texercise Two-Step? It’s an exciting
new way to get moving, get fit, stay fit and eat right. Whether you
prefer getting started at home or in the company of others, we have activities
that are right for you.
Texercise is a public service — there are no fees to join, although some of our partners may charge for certain programs. There are even rewards for those who participate on a regular basis.
So why wait? Put on your sneakers, grab an apple and take some steps to a healthier you. Five months after Albert Gooding started his exercise program, he boasted, “I have lost a few pounds and gained muscle where none existed before. I am able to do things I have not done for years, such as kneeling and getting up. I feel better emotionally, as well as physically.”
No Denton County Texercise Two-Step events currently scheduled.
The Denton County Two-Step Texercise Team has created resources to help you adopt healthy lifestyle choices.
