You can begin by hosting a 12-week Texercise program!
The Fit for the Health of It! 12-week Texercise Program was designed for organizations and communities that want to implement a fitness program in their area. The program includes a beginning and an ending time for participants, making it easier to launch a fitness program and help participants stay committed.
Texercise provides technical and motivational assistance to help communities as they provide healthy lifestyle programming.

Please keep in mind the motivational incentives offered to those participating in the Fit for the Health of It! 12-week Texercise Program can change due to participant feedback or may rotate in order to encourage participants to continue the program year-round or a time in the future.
