New Texercise DVD Now Available

Dr. Kenneth Cooper, founder of the Cooper Aerobic Institute and honorary chairperson for Texercise, encourages Texans to adopt healthy lifestyles and provides valuable insights on how we can all age well. The four pillars to a good exercise routine — strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance — are demonstrated. Healthy eating habits, nutrition, and dietary guidelines are reviewed. And Commissioner Addie Horn of the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services offers inspiration and motivation for all Texans to stay committed to their personal health and well-being.
