Do you want to start an activity in your community?
You can begin by creating a Texercise 12-week program!
The Texercise 12-week Fitness Program is for organizations and communities who want to implement a fitness program in their area. This program includes a beginning and an end time for participants, making it easier to launch a fitness program and help participants stay committed.
Texercise provides technical and motivational assistance to help communities as they provide healthy lifestyle programming.

El Paso Active Aging Collaborative
In celebration of Older American's Month the El Paso Active Aging Collaborative is hosting its annual "Turn Back Time" event. The event provides attendees with fun fitness activities and resources. Texercise "Fitness Forever" in Tarrant County
The Tarrant AAA & DADS has implemented two 10-week fitness programs through
28 Senior Centers in Fort Worth. The programs improve awareness of the benefits
of lifestyle changes concerning regular physical activity and proper nutrition.

Walk Across Texas and Texercise have partnered to help encourage Texans ages 55 and older make healthy lifestyle choices such as participating in regular physical activity. Texercise will be supplying Walk Across Texas County Agents with tools and methods for encouraging local activities and distributing motivational incentives within their community. | Read more
